Senior Masters Tournament


Tournament Rules:

  1.  Tournament is certified by USBC. All USBC rules apply.
  2. Tournament is only open to Green Bay Area USBC Members, and bowlers must be at least 50 years old at the time of bowling
  3. Qualifying will consist of 4 games. Bowlers will move after each game. Actual moves will be determined based on the number of lanes used for the event.
  4. After qualifying, the field will be cut for match play. The cut will be based on a ratio of at least 1 in 5. Those bowlers will be seeded based on total pins. In the event of a tie for the final spot, a 9th and 10th frame roll off will occur. Ties for other spots will be determined by high qualifying game.
  5. Match play will consist of single game matches. The bowler with the highest score will be declared the winner and advance to the next round. If there should be a tie, a 9th and 10th frame roll off will occur. The higher seeded bowler will have the choice of starting lane throughout match play. The bowler on the left lane will begin each match.
  6. This is a scratch event, no handicap.
  7. Super Senior – Highest qualifying total from a bowler aged 60 or over that did not make the cut will also cash.
  8. Brackets and side pots will be available.
  9. Bowlers are required to wear a collared shirt or collarless bowling jersey. No hats or shorts of any kind will be allowed during bowling. Jeans are acceptable, provided they are in good condition as decided by the tournament director. Women will be allowed to wear skirts/skorts. No sweat pants or leggings. Tournament director will have final say on dress code decisions.
  10. Lane condition will be a challenge pattern; full pattern info available at check-in.
